My goal is to get you stronger, period. Get stronger and everything else falls into place. Your body will change, your confidence will grow; you’ll feel better, move better and perform better. Physical strength is the foundation that supports a healthy lifestyle. I offer a variety of training services to help build that foundation.
Here’s the deal: I provide the personalized program based on your specific goals and abilities, monitor your technique, and oversee your progress. All you have to do is show up, put in the work, and in return you’ll be rewarded with a stronger, healthier self.
If you’re new to this whole “exercise” thing, or if you’ve tried before but struggled to achieve your goals, personal training can make all the difference. My job is to take the guesswork out of the process so you can focus on lifting with confidence. I am your guide, your Obi-Wan Kenobi. Can training with me turn you into a Jedi Knight? I offer private (one-on-one) as well as semi-private (two-on-one) training services from my College Street Studio. If you’d rather train at home, that’s not a problem — I make house calls too.
Online Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
Everyone can benefit from personal training, but for some it’s just not practical. Maybe you live outside of Toronto, or your job has you working irregular hours. Or maybe you’re comfortable with exercise techniques but the science behind programming leaves you scratching your head. If this sounds familiar, online coaching is the answer for you.
Created by the brilliant folks over at Precision Nutrition, my ProCoach program provides expert nutrition and fitness coaching that will help you earn the body you’ve always wanted. Think of it as a virtual mentorship. Each morning you’ll receive an email with your daily To Do list. I’ll check in throughout the week and send you articles relating to your goals. Whenever you need help, I’m only a text or email away. For even more support, we can schedule Skype or FaceTime appointments. You’ll get the benefits of a personal trainer at a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
