Online Fitness Coaching
Everyone can benefit from personal training, but for some it’s just not practical. Maybe we live in different cities. Maybe your job has you working irregular hours. Or maybe you’re comfortable with exercise techniques but the science behind programming leaves you scratching your head.
If any of this sounds familiar, online coaching is the answer for you.
I offer two avenues for online coaching: Remote Sessions and Online Training. Some of my clients choose both options, some choose only one. Your goals, your schedule (and, yeah, your budget) will determine which option works best for you. Even if you don’t have any equipment at all, that’s not a problem; my online coaching programs are fully customized to your unique situation.
Remote Sessions replace traditional personal training. We meet on Zoom and I guide you through whatever it is we’re working on that day. This is a great place to start for those who are new to fitness or those who have trouble staying consistent with their training. Remote sessions typically last between 45-60 minutes.
Online Training follows a different approach. You download the TrueCoach app, I upload your program. Each morning you’ll receive an email with that day’s assignment. Depending on your training schedule, that assignment could be a workout, a mobility break, some cardio, or even watching a supplementary YouTube video. You keep me updated on your progress via the feedback form in the app. And whenever you need help, I’m only a text message away.
Single sessions: $85.00 each
12 sessions: $960.00
Remote Sessions: $70.00 each
Online Training: $50.00 per month; $135.00 for 3 months; $480.00 annually

During you fitness and nutrition consultation, we’ll discuss whatever it is that’s keeping you from reaching your goals. Maybe you’re having trouble with a specific exercise technique, or maybe you’re thinking of adopting a plant-based diet and want to avoid making any mistakes. Hell, you may just want someone to look over your training program to see if it’s up to snuff.
