Physical Distancing Guidelines for Joggers

With gyms closed, serious strength training has taken a backseat to the other facets of physical health that tend to get ignored by meatheads like me. Mobility and cardio are my main focuses these days, even bought me a badass pair of Saucony running shoes.

It’s a great time for running, what with fewer cars clogging up the roads. But of course, with great freedom comes great responsibility. If you’re taking it to the streets, it’s up to you to be a good citizen. Follow these guidelines, as offered by the friendly folks at Bang Personal Training.
